No advertising, tenant placement or exclusive sale service begins until RCIDM confirms the scope, requirements, fee and applicable agreement. If website information conflicts with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls.

A person submitting a property must have lawful authority to market, rent or sell it. Clients are responsible for providing accurate property details, prices, photographs, disclosures and ownership information, and for promptly correcting any error or material change.
4. Fees and expenses
Fees displayed on the website are subject to confirmation before engagement. Additional expenses or services apply only when disclosed and agreed. Payment timing, refunds, renewals, commissions and cancellation terms are governed by the relevant signed agreement.
5. Prospects and outcomes
RCIDM may market property, organise enquiries, coordinate viewings, screen prospects or support negotiations according to the selected service. RCIDM does not guarantee a particular number of enquiries, a suitable tenant, a buyer, a sale price, a rental amount, financing approval or completion by a particular date.
6. Decisions and due diligence
Property owners retain responsibility for accepting or rejecting a buyer, tenant, price, offer or contractual term. Buyers, tenants and owners should conduct appropriate inspections, verification and independent legal, financial or technical due diligence before entering a transaction.
7. Professional advice
RCIDM does not provide legal, tax, surveying, engineering, banking or investment advice through this website. Where such advice is required, consult a suitably qualified and authorised professional.
